2008年的研究报告显示,有压力症状的健康志愿者连续3周服用益生菌(乳杆菌Rosell-52和长双歧杆菌Rosell-175)后,可改善应激诱导的胃肠道症状,如腹痛、恶心和呕吐等,对受慢性压力影响的人的胃肠道症状有有益的影响,并且使用这两种菌株治疗的耐受性良好,没有任何副作用 。
